Q1, Can you accept OEM?
We accept OEM or ODM. Logo and package can be customized according to detailed request.
Q2, How could I do if we want sample before order?
(What your sample policy? )
We need to charge you for samples at our first cooperation.
When sample worth of any pattern in stock is less than $10, samples are free;
If customized pattern sample, $50‐$300 sample handling fee is supposed to be charged, which will be returned after confirmed order;
For samples required new mould/plating opening, 100% mould/plating cost is supposed to be paid before sample production.
Freight of sample is supposed to be collected and prepaid by buyer.
Q3, How long is the lead time of samples and mass production?
A, Sample lead time: 7 ~ 10 days normally, excluding making new mould/plating, which is depends;
B, Production lead time: usually 30-45 days after all sample details confirmed and receipt of deposit.
Q4, What’s your payment policy?
30% deposit, 70% payment against the copy of B/L, or LC at sight;
Paypal and Western Union could be acceptable as well.
Q5, What is your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc.
Q6, What wax could you supply?
Paraffin wax, palm wax, soy wax, bee wax, etc.;
Any proportion formula according to your request can be made.
Q7, What’s fragrance we have?
Any fragrance you need can be achieved by our flavorist.
Q8, What’s your production capacity?
30,000 pcs per day.
Q9, MOQ?
Normally 1000 pcs per SKU;
Also trial orders can be acceptable for us as starting of business, usually with higher prices than normal quantity;
however according to different product, holder supplier or fragrance company will often have high MOQ. We’ll check and discuss further based on your detail request.
Q10. Do you inspect the product?
A: Yes, each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC before shipping.
Q11, How can you guarantee your products quality?
We take quality control through procedures like burning performance testing, sampling inspection, material inspection, initial inspection, inline inspection, final inspection, etc.
